Standing Out in a Crowded Marketplace

In a crowded and mature pet product market, PetSafe wanted to develop pet waterers and feeders that were new, different and innovative. QRCA member Rebecca Bryant of Bryant Research guided a qualitative research project that went further than just understanding what pet owners wanted; she explored pets and their needs from 10 different points of view. You could argue that she covered every pet perspective that is humanly possible.
