Webcam interviews have shown the potential to lower research costs and provide greater geographic reach, but questions remain... This Qcast will spotlight findings from Kimberly-Clark's research project comparing webcam with in-person interviews. Findings will be discussed from four perspectives: supplier, client, moderator and respondent. Learn the pros and cons of webcam interviews and how they can benefit your research projects.

About Our Speakers:

Wally-Balden Wally Balden is Managing Director, Online Research with Delve. He has been in the marketing research business for the past 34 years, with the last 18 dedicated to online research. He has served on the supplier side, client side and as an end user of research in various product management and marketing positions. He is a recognized authority for online data collection methods and data quality and has been a frequent speaker on these topics at research events around the globe. In his current role, he is responsible for creating, developing and managing all online qualitative solutions at Delve Marketing Research.
Thor-Falk Thor Falk conducts qualitative studies for clients in a wide variety of industries. He moderates hundreds of qualitative focus group and interview sessions each year and is especially adept at creating a positive environment where respondents feel comfortable and at ease even when sharing sensitive information. Clients appreciate Thor’s relaxed style as they work with him to design studies, interpret results, and make strategic decisions. Thor holds a BA in Communication from Rollins College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is also a proud member of QRCA, MRA and AMA.
Lorelle-Scheibe Lorelle M. Scheibe currently manages consumer research for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She has more than 12 years of experience in the consumer research industry. Lorelle’s current role leverages her experience globally, partnering with internal clients to design customized research plans to help make informed business decisions. Lorelle has created comprehensive research programs that included sensory panels, quantitative, and qualitative research on brands such as Huggies®, GoodNites®, and Kleenex®. She has a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is a RIVA certified moderator.
