2015 qrca annual conference

The QRCA Annual Conference is an intimate and exciting way to make long-lasting relationships that exponentially expand your business, with just under 300 qualitative research consultants (QRCs) typically attending each year. One QRC can represent as many as 25 multi-national companies in their client base. The brands and corporate giants any typical qualitative research consultant may connect you and your supporting business in servicing could mean hundreds of thousands of dollars in a business that emphasizes relationships over cold calling, e-mails and mailings.

Your foot in the door with many QRCA members is this very event – where relationships and connections to the new tools they want to invest in for the next year are made and maintained!

The focus of our exhibits this year will therefore center on educating and connecting QRCs with ways to make their lives easier using your tools specifically – from how we will organize the exhibit hall to how we hope to encourage you to showcase your business.

An exciting opportunity for Sponsors and Exhibitors looking to expand their impact at the QRCA Convention are the:  4 “DEMO CONNECTION” OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE to Sponsors and Exhibitors.

  • Set inside 30-minute time slots on Wednesday morning before traditional exhibiting hours and non-programmed convention scheduling, the QRCA 2015 Annual Conference will host 4 slots for pre-selected vendors to demo their latest offerings for the interested and engaged QRCA members attending
  • The QRCA Sponsorship Committee will be looking for 4 different Sponsors or Exhibitors who are offering new products or services that help QRC professionals improve or enhance their offerings from each of these categories listed above
  • These educational demonstrations will be selected by the QRCA Sponsorship committee on the following criteria from Sponsors and Exhibitors who submit their applications by May 8, 2015:
    • Is this service or product a tool that will improve the efficiency of a qualitative research professional?
    • Will this be new and different for most QRCA members?
    • Will the presentation focus on how to make the QRC a better value to her/his client (research end user)?
    • Would the service or product best benefit from a live demonstration?
  • Selected Sponsors and Exhibitors can be a Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor or Exhibitor, but must apply by answering the above-listed questions in a form provided to those who opt to apply for a Demo Connections spot in the registration form
  • Demo Connections Sponsors and Exhibitors will be chosen by the QRCA Committee
  • There will be an additional fee for this opportunity of $500 for 30-minutes of demonstration time and the opportunity to influence and connect the complete QRCA Convention attending membership

Exhibit Space:

Exhibit booths will be located inside the Marketplace (see diagram). Booths will be 8 by 10 feet and will include: 8-foot high background drape, 3-foot high side drape, one draped 6-foot table and two chairs, and a 44-by-7-inch, one-line sign.

Again this year – exhibit booths come with ONE full registration and the opportunity to purchase a second (for $945). Anyone attending the conference MUST register. Exhibitors who sign up after September 18, 2015 will be charged $1,095.
