We often miss opportunities when sticking to those tried and true recruiting tools and techniques. But by being innovative in your recruiting, you can truly find those great participants and uncover even better insights. Let’s face it: recruiting great qualitative participants is ready for some updates!

In this session, you will learn how to think differently about the process of securing the best participants for your next research study. Whether you’re a client or a researcher, this information will be beneficial. You will first be inspired to find the very best people, and then will learn about innovative recruiting techniques that will not only help you avoid disaster, but create the difference between mediocre and A+ participants. You will hear specific techniques that you can implement immediately, as well as what to do when you need those "needle-in-a-haystack" participants. Client-side researchers will learn how to work with research partners to ensure quality participants for studies and research suppliers will learn ways to engage their recruiters to get best results.
