He is the co-author of the book "Calculated Boldness," a manifesto on practical methods for combining traditional consumer insight and brand strategy with big data and behavioral economics.
Tim Rairdon – Lead Qualitative Design Specialist
Tim is a true pioneer in the field of smartphone qualitative research. He's in his fifth year of designing and executing smartphone qualitative projects and has literally hundreds of successful smartphone qualitative projects under his belt.
He's an expert at using Over the Shoulder's technology to answer project objectives and deliver fresh insight. Tim also has a knack for dreaming up innovative ways to gather insights and devising novel questioning techniques that are as impactful for clients as they are engaging for participants.
