Southeast, Missouri and OHINKY Chapters to Convene October 14 in Nashville

Members of the Southeast, Missouri and OHINKY Chapters will convene on October 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CDT at 20/20 Research in Nashville forEssential Mobile Qual, A Mini-Conference: Everything you need to know to design, manage and use mobile qualitative research

This event will be a coming-together of qual practitioners and platform providers to address practical and actionable topics in mobile market research in presentation, workshop, and group discussion formats.

Topics will include platform choice for various study objectives: participant screening, recruitment and engagement; analysis and reporting; client considerations, and more. The mini-conference will be organized into sessions that correlate with the journey of a qualitative research project: design, implementation and reporting.

Between sessions, there will be an opportunity to tour the 20/20 facility. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at 20/20.

The evening before the mini-conference, attendees are invited to gather for an optional dinner and a program of country music.

Attendees are urged to book their preferred hotel early (online) from among the many options at all price points within a relatively short distance from the 20/20 facility, which is located at 161 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37303. The Chapters will also facilitate carpooling.

The OHINKY Chapter met on August 5 at L&E Research in Cincinnati, OH. OHINKY chapter member Kendall Nash, our speaker, presented her thoughts and tips about preparing memorable presentations for clients. She did a great job; the ensuing discussion was useful for the attendees. Lunch was provided by the chapter.

Texas Chapter Members “Conference-Up” in DFW

The Texas and Friends Chapter members had two occasions to meet up during the past few months. Four members attended the University of Texas at Arlington MSMR Alumni Association 7th Annual Marketing Research Conference “The Integration and Synthesis of Data.” Five members attended the Southwest MRA’s “Research Roundup” Educational Forum.

Each conference offered chapter members the opportunity to catch up, talk shop, and share knowledge.
