Kayte HamiltonAbout the Presenter:

Kayte Hamilton graduated from VCU Brandcenter, a Master’s program for advertising in 2013. While she loved the experience and enjoyed the teamwork and industry – she felt her true calling was to be closer to the consumers, customers, the PEOPLE that supported her ad friends. She’s more of a behind-the-scenes support person rather than the show stopper. In her 6 years of MR experience, she’s touched a lot of different aspects of our field in a short amount of time which gives her a unique edge on understanding firsthand how each piece to the team works (from sales to programming, literally!). In her current role, Kayte is a Senior Account Executive in a full-service MR firm. Every day she touches on qualitative AND quantitative projects. She writes proposals, on boards new clients, designs questionnaires and discussion guides, conducts fieldwork, oversees facility and vendor operations, develops research presentations, GIVES those research presentations all the while mentoring new associates and being a team player. To be successful in MR you have to be able to prioritize and as a past mentor once told her, “learn how to work smarter not harder.”
