As principal of Lightbeam Communications, Roben works with a variety of high profile clients and she can often be found at the latest culture events exploring the influence and impact of pop culture and emerging consumer movements. Her empathetic curiosity about people always makes for energetic, in-depth conversations and insightful analysis.

As chair of the QRCA New York Metro Chapter, Roben has launched several new programs during her tenure, most recently the QRCA Modern Mastery Series providing developmental education for new moderators.
