About the Presenter:
Cheryl Stella Dalisay has provided both qualitative and quantitative research services for almost 30 years, giving her a unique perspective into both disciplines. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign with a B.S. in Communications/Advertising, specializing in statistics, research methods and social psychology. Cheryl started her career in an agency-side research department that also functioned as the marketing research arm of a major CPG company (who is still her largest client today!). In 1996, she founded Stellar Strategic Services, Inc., and has continued to provide qual/quant services for a wide variety of clients and industries, with a keen interest in the product innovation realm. Through the years, she has also worked as a collaborative partner with several research vendors in client-facing and behind-the-scenes capacities. Within QRCA, she is Co-chair of the Online SIG and the Business Development SIG. She was part of the dynamic duo who presented the top-rated session at the 2018 conference in Phoenix on business development, and has contributed to several past QRCA conferences on various committees. She is currently the Speaker Co-chair for the 2020 annual conference and will be the Conference Co-chair for the 2021 conference.
