Cultivating Connection: Helping Decision Makers Understand the Humans Behind the Data
One of the biggest challenges for qualitative research professionals, whether they are within an organization or external consultants, is delivering insights to different stakeholder audiences and promoting a common understanding of the humans who are providing input in the research.
Qualitative researchers have a dual role: on the one hand, they need to help decision makers understand the customer stories behind the data. On the other hand, they need to connect with the decision makers who are interpreting the research from their own perspectives.
In this webinar, we will discuss organizational and individual factors that can influence stakeholder perspectives and what decision makers need from their qualitative research partners, so they can better connect with their customers’ real stories, understand the humans behind the data, and further act on the feedback that will improve their business outcomes.
