This meeting will explore how to maximize the value of the analytical tools that are built into various online platforms.  We will be featuring a panel of speakers with one power user from each of three platforms.  They will show us how they use the built-in analytics to get better results.

The line-up includes:

HatchTank    Alisa Hamilton, Harvest Insights
Alisa Hamilton is the President of Harvest Insights, a boutique market research firm based in Atlanta.  She specializes in focus group and online community moderating as well as in-depth interviewing, quantitative analysis and executive reporting.

Civicom’s Chatterbox    Ingrid Steblea, InsideOut Insights
After 20 years at a full-service market research firm, Ingrid Steblea joined the IOI team in 2017 as a moderator in order to focus exclusively on qualitative research. She is particularly passionate about remote methods, including web-enabled in-depth interviews and online boards.

Web Creator Suite    Kristin Anderson, Canvas Research
Kristin Sharp Anderson is a Founder and Managing Partner of Canvas Research.  Canvas was created to develop and deploy a proprietary research engine to deliver deep insights and provide the partners a flexible tool for research and strategy projects.  She has over twenty years of experience in providing marketing, marketing research and consultative services.

This is a new format for the Online SIG, replacing the Digital Demos we have done for the last decade.  Going forward QRCA will be conducting online platform demos for the whole QRCA  membership rather than at the SIG level.
