Join us on Friday, December 5 for a full day of immersion into the world of Online Qualitative research.

If you are looking to get started in Online Qualitative or grow the amount of Online Qualitative research you conduct in the new year and gain a glimpse into online natives (Millennials), you won’t want to miss this workshop.

Online Qualitative research has opened up our research toolbox in so many ways to enable different kinds of connections and interactions than ever before. But learning curves to dive in can be steep, and some clients are still hesitant, even if you know it’s the right thing to do.

These sessions can help build your confidence to ‘sell’ (I know we all hate that word, but sometimes we have to do it, right?) online qualitative to your clients at the right time, overcome their barriers/objections and as a result build your business. You will gain a better understanding what tools are best for which situations, try some of the newer ones out while we peek into what’s really new and hot and what’s delivering results right now.

Part 1: How to win more online qualitative projects. Layla will take you through some of the main objections that clients tend to have related to trying online and how to proactively prepare for them in your proposals, and deal with them when they come up in conversations, helping you win more online qualitative business (when it’s the right thing to do).

Part 2: What’s hot in Online Qualitative Research. Layla will take you on a journey including case studies through topics that will help you gain a better understanding of which tools to use when, how these tools are really helping clients get deep meaningful insights that are different from their in-person research, and how to design projects to ensure they are engaging for the participant. We will also explore a cutting-edge tool to assess what we think about its addition to the online toolkit.

Multiple hands-on demos will be included in the sessions.

Part 3: Millennials – The real deal. We’ve all heard the buzz. Millennials are an order of magnitude larger than boomers and will change everything.

Hanson will help separate truth from myth, highlighting key demographic and lifestyle trends/tensions. Further, Hanson will share three other key marketing trends that Millennials have helped shape: food culture, the sharing economy and the changing landscape of social/digital/video.

Understanding what makes this group tick will help not only help you to better design research to reach them, but also bring better insight to your clients who have zeroed in on the importance of this massive consumer group.
