Speakers: Shaili Bhatt and Katherine Figatner

Shaili Bhatt, Research Director at C+R Research, has conducted both online and in-person qualitative for more than a decade with clients in CPG, travel and entertainment. She is known for sharing her enthusiasm for technology and exploring new designs at the forefront of digital qualitative research. Shaili is currently on the QRCA Board of Directors (2012 to 2016), and she is the Trends Editor for VIEWS magazine.

Kat Figatner, Vice President at C+R Research, has been at the forefront of technology for many years, transitioning from using disposable video cameras to encourage consumer self-reporting to conducting mobile-only qualitative studies. Kat holds a Master’s degree in the social sciences from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Haverford College.
