Demo Connections: An exciting opportunity that’s back for its third appearance for exhibitors looking to expand their impact at the QRCA Convention. Four “Demo Connection” opportunities are available.

  • Set within 30-minute time slots before traditional exhibiting hours and non-programmed convention scheduling, the QRCA 2017 Annual Conference will host four slots for pre-selected vendors to present educational demonstrations of their latest offerings for interested and engaged QRCA members.
  • Demo Connections exhibitors will be chosen by the QRCA Sponsorship Committee on the following criteria from exhibitors who submit their applications by June 30, 2016:
    • What is new and different for most QRCA members?
    • How will this service or product improve efficiency of qualitative research professionals?
    • How will your product/service provide greater value for qualitative researchers, including qualitative practitioners and their research buyers?
    • How does your service/product benefit from a live demonstration?
  • There is an additional fee of $500 for this opportunity for 30 minutes of demonstration time and the opportunity to influence and connect with the entire audience attending the QRCA Convention.


Official registrants are invited to attend all social events, meals, and most educational workshop sessions. The Annual Meeting, Town Hall, Interchanges and Chapter and SIG meetings are for QRCA members only. All attendees at the Conference must have a full registration and badge to enter the Marketplace and workshops.

QRCA will request your company representatives’ names in November. We will send you a form to submit complimentary representative names, purchase space for additional representatives (if needed), and submit representative names for registrations purchased while completing the booth/sponsorship application form. Exhibitor pre-registration will end on December 12, 2016.


Exhibit booths will be located inside the Marketplace (see diagram on back page). Booths will be 8 by 10 feet and will include: 8-foot high background drape, 3-foot high side drape, one draped 6-foot table and two chairs, and a 44-by-7-inch, one-line sign.

Again this year – exhibit booths come with ONE full registration and the opportunity to purchase a second registration (for $945). Anyone attending the conference MUST register. Exhibitors who sign up to attend the conference after December 12, 2016 will be charged $1,095. We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. As a result, unsold exhibit space held for Platinum/Gold level sponsors will be released for sale on August 19, 2016.
