QRCA Events Calendar

QRCA is dedicated to providing welcoming events that are accessible and inclusive for all.

People feel welcome when they can fully participate in events. QRCA is committed to ensuring that everyone can take part in our events, including individuals with disabilities, by planning respectful, accessible events and providing reasonable accommodations so all have the opportunity to present, interact and learn in an inclusive environment. This extends to not only our in-person events and conferences but virtual and hybrid sessions.

All accommodation requests should be directed to suggestions@qrca.org. For general events and training sessions, requests should be requested no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Requests for accommodations made after this time will be honored to the maximum extent feasible.

QRCA is also committed to creating a safe space at all of our events. Our Code of Conduct details the rules and expectations we expect our members and partners to uphold. Questions and breaches of conduct can be shared with QRCA leaders by emailing suggestions@qrca.org.
