Naomi R. HendersonNaomi Henderson, CEO of RIVA Market Research, started the firm in 1981 in her basement with an IBM typewriter and a two line phone. RIVA, now located in Rockville, MD, celebrated 36 years in business in June, 2017.

She will be presenting: How Hard Can It Be? Moderating Effectively to Elicit, Identify, and Report Meaningful Insights
