Congratulations Lauren and Nicole!
At the 2018 QRCA Annual Conference, Lauren McCrae and Nicole Aleong from Lux Insights took home top honors for the 2018 Qually Award. Read more about them and their submission here.
What is the Qually Award?
Since 2011, the QRCA has found a way to honor our creative problem solvers in a unique industry award, The QRCA Award for Excellence in Qualitative Research…or more affectionately known as the “Qually” Award.
Capitalizing on the success from the 2018 award, the 2019 finalists will be presenting their proposals during the annual QRCA conference to be held in Savannah, GA next January. Finalists also receive discounted conference fees and the winner (or winning team) of the 2019 Qualitative Excellence Award will receive a $1000 prize!?
At this time, we’re sharing information about the 2019 RFP and seeking questions from members by July 15. We plan to have a Q&A session prior to the opening of the proposal submission period based on the questions received to ensure clarity for all contestants. For more information about the 2019 RFP, click here.
A panel of highly experienced qualitative practitioners will judge ALL responses, during an anonymous review. The three finalists will develop 15-minute presentations in an attempt to win over their peers at the 2019 QRCA Conference in Savannah, GA. For the second year in a row, we will have a text-based voting platform sponsored by HatchTank.
The winner will be announced at the end of the 2019 conference. In addition to bragging rights, the Qually winner will earn a short bio on our website, be promoted throughout the year on QRCA’s media channels, have their methodology showcased at the conference, have a shareable proposal to showcase to clients, take the main stage to receive the award, and be invited to join the Qually Award Committee in the future.
