In all aspects of her life, Kristin seeks opportunities to engage with others, facilitate insight, lead conversations and solve problems. She has a strong background in human behavior and an even stronger passion for discovery. You will find her always in conversation - whether in the field moderating or in line at the grocery store. Her natural inclination is to observe and listen to people. Kristin's clients and colleagues describe her as a natural “people person” who builds rapport and is able to make sincere connections quickly. She has extensive experience in and understands the sensitive nature of working within the high-consideration categories of healthcare, wellness, education, financial services, and luxury goods.
In her role as a Qualitative Researcher and Moderator, Kristin calls upon her passion and experience to access the internal and personal journey of individuals. She is able to deliver to her clients not only a rich understanding of their consumer's needs, emotional motivators and purchasing behaviors - but unique, actionable insights that drive positive business results.
Kristin has over ten years experience leading discussions - including facilitating trainings and workshops and moderating both in-person and online research conversations. Her recent projects include baseline and market exploration, ethnography, customer/ patient journey, development and brainstorming clinics, product development, messaging and creative testing.
When she is not working, Kristin is most likely learning something new, exploring the world or practicing and teaching Yoga and Ayruveda, the Indian science of self-healing. In addition, she is an outspoken advocate for the legal cannabis industry and safe patient access to cannabis. She graduated with Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University earning a B.S. in Human Development and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor.
