Official registrants are invited to attend all social events, meals and most educational workshop sessions. The Annual Meeting, Town Hall and Chapter and SIG meetings are for QRCA members only. All attendees at the Conference must have a full registration and badge to enter the marketplace and workshops.

Meals

  • All breakfasts, lunches and the Wednesday and Thursday Receptions are included for company representatives that have full registrations and name badges. Please see QRCA staff at the registration desk if you have any questions.

QRCA is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Please make sure any valuable items you bring are safely stowed away at the end of each day of the conference.

 

Attendee Lists are sent out 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the conference. They will include attendee names, companies, titles and locations.

Door Prizes

  • Sponsors and Exhibitors may collect attendee business cards at their booth in a fish bowl or basket (that you have brought with you). During the 1:30pm and 3:00pm breaks in the Marketplace on Thursday, door prizes will be drawn and the name of the winner will be announced. Each winner must be present to win the door prize. We will only draw one prize per company, any additional prizes may be given away on your own at your booth. Sponsors and exhibitors are not eligible to win door prizes.

Scavenger Hunt Prizes (Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors only) 

  • If you are a Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsor, be ready to verify the answer to the question your company has on the scavenger hunt form and sign your name. Signing their scavenger hunt cards is the only way they will be placed into the drawing. If you are one of the companies giving away a prize, please meet in the Marketplace at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 30. Prizes will be given away during lunch. Take full advantage of this ice breaker question!

Exhibitor Giveaways

  • Exhibitors can also collect attendee business cards at your booth and can announce the winner on your own by contacting them via their information provided with the business card. QRCA will not be responsible for providing contact information or handling the prizes.
