2027 QRCA Annual Conference:

Call for Presentations

We invite colleagues to submit proposals for presentations, hands-on workshops, and roundtable sessions. We are seeking content that helps attendees reconnect with fundamentals, recharge their practices, and reinvent how they work.

Submission formats

Presentation - 45 minutes total · 35 min presentation + 10 min Q&A

What do you want to teach, inform, or illuminate? Share a perspective, finding, or approach that is valuable to the qualitative research community.

Workshop - 60 minutes total · 40 min teaching + 20 min practice

More hands-on than a presentation. Teach a concept and give participants time to put theory into practice.

Roundtable - 60 minutes total · Facilitated discussion

Volunteer to initiate a focused conversation on a topic related—even tangentially—to our work. The goal is facilitating dialogue and keeping the group on point, not delivering a presentation.

Submissions should address one or more of the following:

- Business development

- Sales and Marketing

- Research Methodology

- Foundational Qualitative Research Skills

- B2B research

- Technology's Impact on our Work

- Personal & Professional Development

- Other - We're Open!

Guidelines

You may submit one proposal per format (one presentation, one workshop, one roundtable) - we want your best idea!

- Selected participants notified by August 30th
