Conference Registration includes:
Three days of education sessions, breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments each afternoon, the Tuesday Opening Reception, Wednesday Night Event, and access to the Marketplace (exhibit hall).

Optional Guest Tickets and Add-Ons:
- Tuesday Opening Reception Guest: $60/ticket After our first full day of sessions, we host an open-house networking reception with our exhibitors. Conference registrants may purchase an additional guest ticket which includes access to the reception and two complimentary drink tickets.
- Wednesday Night Event Guest: $150/ticket QRCA hosts an annual networking dinner event during our Annual Conference with entertainment in a casual environment. Additional guest tickets are available for purchase for this evening event without needing to purchase full conference registration. The event venue is the Smoke Sky bar. The guest ticket includes bus transportation to/from the venue, as well as dinner, a DJ for dancing, and a photo booth for making memories.
- Monday Cultural Experience: $60/ticket QRCA offers attendees a group walking tour of downtown San Antonio. From the historic block where San Antonio began to the crown jewel of its skyline, this tour introduces guests to "a few of our favorite things" in Downtown, covering all the must-see sights. The emphasis of this tour is history, but we keep it fun and enjoyable! The tour starts on Monday, February 2 at 1 pm for approximately 2 hours covering about 1 mile (1.6km) of easy walking. It departs from San Fernando Cathedral (115 Main Plaza) and ends near Hemisfair Park (630 E. Nueva St.). The tour is moderately paced, providing guests with leisurely experience while exploring the city’s main sites and most celebrated history. There are opportunities to purchase water and use restrooms along the way.
- Thursday Field Trip: $50/ticket Wrap up your conference experience with a QRCA private charter aboard a San Antonio River cruise. The tour starts on Thursday, February 5.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: To receive a 100% refund less a $25 processing fee, cancellation must be received by December 1, 2025. Cancellations received between December 2, 2025 - January 2, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. After January 2, 2026, no refund is offered. QRCA reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. QRCA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation.
