Conference Registration includes:
Three days of education sessions, breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments each afternoon, the Tuesday Opening Reception, Wednesday Night Event, and access to the Marketplace (exhibit hall).

Policies
Cancellation Policy: To receive a 100% refund, less a $25 processing fee, cancellation must be received by December 1, 2025. Cancellations received between December 2, 2025 - January 2, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. After January 2, 2026, no refund is offered. QRCA reserves the right to alter or cancel without prior notice any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the conference. QRCA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damage attendees may suffer on account of alteration or cancellation. For COVID-related exceptions, please contact info@qrca.org to discuss your individual needs.
Please note: Your completion of registration indicates your permission to be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
